However, for projects over $12,000 or those with complex grading/features, a design is strongly recommended to ensure accuracy and prevent costly changes later.

How our warranty works

We tailor our workmanship warranty to the level of construction selected:

• Good: 3-year workmanship warranty
• Better: 5-year workmanship warranty
• Best: 10-year workmanship warranty

This approach ensures each project is built, detailed, and supported according to the standards of the tier chosen. Additionally, all manufacturer warranties on materials (such as stone pavers or composite decking) are fully passed on to you, often providing protection for 25+ years.

Design fees vary based on the scope and complexity of the project. Smaller, well-defined projects may require limited design involvement, while larger or more detailed builds require a more comprehensive planning process.

In most cases, design fees typically range between $1,800 and $5,000. The exact cost is confirmed once we understand the site conditions, project goals, and level of detail required.

Most structural projects (decks over 24" high, retaining walls, etc.) require permits. As part of our service, we handle the entire permit application and engineering phase for you.

Timelines vary by scope. A typical patio project takes 1-2 weeks, while a full backyard transformation can take 4-8 weeks. We provide a detailed schedule before we start.
